USDA Certified Organic Ground Beef from Eight Mile Creek Farm in Westerlo. Weight: Approx 1 lb. ( /- 0.1 lb). Our beef is high in omega-3’s and conjugated linoleic acids because our cows are 100% grass-fed.  They enjoy a peaceful life grazing our lush, organic fields, drink pure spring water and breath clear mountain air.  All of our calves are born right here on our farm and stay with their mothers for at least seven months, then graze with their peers.
