Sweet Italian sausage is wonderful with pasta or goes great with “beans and greens.”  A certified organic, all-meat sausage from our pigs whose diet consists of our certified organic veggies, certified organic local whole grains and minerals and our spring water. Approximately 3/4 lb per package.
